Our Return Policy


In case of an incorrect address entry on your part or failure to collect your order from the Pickup Point within the allotted time, reshipping costs will be charged to you.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Returns are only accepted if the items have not been used and are returned in the same condition as received. They must also be returned in their original packaging.

Some types of products cannot be returned, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept hygiene and intimate care products, hazardous products, or flammable liquids and gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Please do not return your purchased products to the manufacturer.

For certain products, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Any item not returned in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. The email will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at ladysweetshop@outlook.com and send your product to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a document confirming your eligibility for a gift product.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to later give it to you, the refund will be issued to the purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning items of significant value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
